Unprofessional and Rude set of MFC Nedbank Consultant

This is uncompassionate ground, This Collector called NOMBULELO VELVBHAYI, from MFC has chewed more than she can take, people you must know the MFC is using unprofessional consultants who are not well proper trained to call customers and abuse them with words. This said lady called me that I am owing one month arrears and I was polite to her and I told her my predicament and please can I be paying like from R300 or R500 to offset the arrears and she said no with orrogant and hash words, that i must pay it all at ones or I should hand over my car for repossession and I told her even the authorities including the President said if you are owing make sure you discuss with ur creditors and find a way. She arrogantly tells me to Go and meet the president so he can pay for me or what ever and threatening to hand me over to Lawyers which she just did and off the phone one my ear. I called to get her record and they did not want to disclose her employee number. This is a shame to MFC and I await for there threat.
