Unprofessional and *****!

It’s been months and we’re still waiting for you to payout the amount you said you would pay out to my fathers estate account after settling his vehicle. You told us you have paid it out when we called you and yet four months later still nothing. If this is how you conduct your business then I fear for anyone else who seeks assistance from you. You have delayed the payment of my father estate for three more months and it is evident that you do not care how this is effecting us.
