Unprofessional and lack of compassion, unreliable

On 26 August i got a call from mfc informing me that my account was one month in arreas, i asked them how or why they didn't deduct and i didn't get an answer, so we made a payment arrangement which will increase my my monthly installment for 3 months to sort out the arreas. Later on i had a funeral and Metropolitan paid for funeral arrangements and MFC deducted the money that i was meant to use for the funeral despite the arrangement we had.
