<p>I would like to lay a complaint against Yvonne Madukanele, this woman has caused me a lot of emotional destress and is always rude and shows no empathy.</p> <p>firstly I am not the account holder at MFC I am a third party,as my mother bought the asset in her name on my behalf. I am the one that pays for the asset and all the registered contact details are mine as I drive the car and pay for it.</p> <p>recently my car has been up for repossession and I have been dealing with a gentleman by the name of Thulani. This all started in December when Thulani pitched at my house unexpectedly and without notice to come repossess and he did not find me. He was then given my mothers contact and he called her who then authorized that he now speak to me directly.</p> <p>We made arrangements and I settled the amount R14640,00 and all was well. When my car was 1 month in arrears Yvonne Madukanele sent me an email that I must prepare my car they have sent for my car to be uplifted. I sent her an email immediately when I saw her mail advising her to please send me my latest statement as I'd like to make an arrangement. Till today she has NEVER liaised with me or even tried to find out what the issue was. I then fell in arrears again in January and made an arrangement to pay the arrears amount plus the amout new amount for that month,month end. Unfortunately things did not happen as I had planned as I was let off work because the company became insolvent and did not even have enough money to pay our salaries.</p> <p>I then started calling Thulani again to advise him of my predicament who then advised that I call MFC directly and arrange with them. Just as I had just sent a mail to Yvonne requesting settlement of the asset amount to see if I can't settle in full should be able to and was about to call them and advise of my problems,she calls me.</p> <p>She then speaks to me and asks me to confirm my details as iv explained in my opening that I am not the account holder my mother is, I then confirm her details she then asks if she is speaking to the account holder to to her daughter Itumeleng, I advise that it's the account holder.</p> <p>She then put the repossession agent on the line who confirmed that it's Itumeleng and not the account holder. she then went ballistic telling that I am committing ***** and I asked her to please hear me out as I wanted to explain why I am confirming her details and not mine. She blatantly refused to speak to me and asked the agent to go to my mothers work place to go collect the asset.</p> <p>so fast foward to today, I called MFC to make the neccecary arrangement with Yvonne and to advise her of my predicament as when she sent agent to collect the asset the day before they did not find me as I had made arrangements with him after she didn't want to speak to me. He came to collect but did not find me. I had went to a friend to get some cash to pay the arrears amount so I can keep the asset.</p> <p>So I called and they tried putting me through to her but she wasn't answering and they had to send her and email to call me back of which she didn't, I then called back hours later as I really wanted to resolve the matter and I had some cash on me that I wanted to pay towards the arrears amount and arrange to pay the rest month end as I'm about to sign a new offer letter to start working on Monday.</p> <p>This time I went through to her and she again made me hold and she put Thulani on the line again and again the complained that I'm not the account holder and I explained to them that I'm the one that makes payments and when there is a problem I'm the one they call and communicate with. Yvonne then threatened that she has already logged a ***** case against me and she did not want to hear me out, I then told her that my mother is around and I can put her on the phone and she dismissed me.</p> <p>Even when I told her that I have the money to pay all I'm calling for is for the way forward and to tell her my predicament and till this day she doesn't know what I want to pay, she still insisted on sending Thulani to come to my house.</p> <p>I doubt they they even have a court interdict/order to come repossess the car.</p> <p>I need this issue sorted as I am well within my right to make an arrangement of which I am not being given the option to they keep telling me about repossession of which in my view it's not my only option as I have raised the funds.</p> <p>regards,<br />Itumeleng.</p> <p> </p>
