Unothorized Debit order

So this morning I received a message from my bank where my car payment went off. So my pay date is the 25th of every month and MFC decided that today the 20th will be a good day to take the payment. So now I have no money for the long weekend. I contacted the call center and all that they say is sorry you should have opted out on an SMS I received. So now I am still waiting for a manager to call me.
