Unknown reason for being billed with reference Telesales

I contacted MFC complaints . Asking why is there a amount of R290 with a reference of Telesales being added to my account. I wanted to know why and for how long has this amount been billed to me. I recieved a call on friday the 25/08/23 from a lady saying that I will recieve a call on monday, And there is a lot of clients asking the same. That night I recieved a call around 19:00 but the call dropped. I still have no answer. This is the first post . Next will be on social media
