Unhappy customer

In June 2021 I called in to request that my installment must be increased with R500, for the R500 to minimize my balloon payment. Those adjustment were made to my monthly installment, however today upon investigating my statement I noted that my balloon payment has never decreased, my question is where are the funds going to? It's been almost 4 years and there hasn't been any changes.
