Good day I had a vehicle financed through MFC for a few years. Unfortunately my vehicle was involved in an accident in April. The insurance wrote the vehicle off and on the 13th May the settlement was paid to MFC. There was a shortfall of +/- R70 000. They still went ahead and deducted for the end of May, June and July. It's been 3 months and you are still deducting premiums ,i don't understand as I have shortfall cover with MFC.I have tried contacting them via email, telephone calls which I don't get through to anyone.....I'm going to reverse my premiums as I have cover

29 Jul 2021, 19:03I hope i will get a resolution to this as I cannot pay for a vehicle that I don't have and I made provision for this. We are you to assist in a time when it is needed. You received your premiums every month.....not once did we skip. This is the service we received....very poor
