Unhappy client

I’m highly irritated with the service I’m receiving from MFC my vehicle was a write off in end of November, my insurance paid them out on the 9th of December and taking forever to allocate the funds to the account they yet still debited me the end of December which needs to be refunded back to me. I was told that Lesley Anne Walters is dealing with the claim I have left her numerous messages and tried calling with absolutely no luck, then I was advised to call her manager Carol Nhleko with no answer either. This is absolutely pathetic.
