Unhappy and disheartened First Time Buyer

I am a first time buyer financed through MFC. The dealership where I purchased the car didn't disclose that the car I bought was involved in a accident which caused damage to it. I want to cancel the deal but the dealership refuses. The bank says they cant force them to cancel but how is the bank financing problematic cars? Why are they trusting dealerships to sell cars that have problems. The car is a used car but that doesn't mean buyers should be forced to buy cars that aren't in good condition. I have just called the banking ombudsman and I was told they cant help me if the dealership refuses to cancel the deal. I must just continue to pay for car I don't trust nor want. Who fights for us consumers ???
