Unfriendly agent

I spoke to Betty this morning who was very unfriendly and seem uninterested to help. She was quick to transfer me and even transferred me to a wrong department. I waited and waited and spoke to someone who also had to transfer me and I even ran out of airtime. I hate how agents don’t car that were phoning using money and they won’t even call back.
