unfair treatning calls

my hubby bought a car and was financed by Nedbank. Since he is getting his income through his bussiness and when its not giong well that means most of things that were bought on credit will be in arerears meaning he will try to pay one this month then the other one that he couldnt pay will be paid the following month so he call the customer care to let them know of the situation and their legal department take over for payment arrangement . Now worst of all we mention the circumstances that we facing at the moment and we make sure that aleast the arreas should be for a month not more than that but hey there is this guy( i have his name) who phone now and then treatening to take back the car . how can a person do that ?does he ever think what he is saying is doing on our life. this guy is like when you facing a death sentence and you can feel he enjoyes what he is doing. my question is when does consumer rights be heard. yes we just paid last week and made it clear we still struggling financialy but he keepon sending treatening sms and calls.

So do you think when we do survive after this terrable treatment can we ever seek financial help from MFC? no i dont think so. yes today we struggling and there is not much we can do but nobody knows if tommorrow will still be like this and we trying by all means to make our bussinnes to sustain, please MFC leh

gal act reasonable treat all your customer equall because i dont think you do the same to all .Give you customer time dont **** them you over think you endup getting sick . stress ****s.. hope there will be a change after this.
