Unfair treatment from Mfc

I bought a bakkie from Hyundai financed by Mfc last year 2018 i got a raw deal because my husbands signsture was forged to be abke to have an adon insurance which we refused initially, i got angry and i oaid off the car, on the 17 may 2019.now mfc hasnt acknowledged our payment or send us anything to that effect. We need our papers as we do not owe them.i want to tell everybody that the adon insurance is just a making money insurance as the go to the length of forging peoples signatures, plse be aware and mfc agreed with hyundai centurion that the signature was not forged in spite of us disputing that, all what i need is the papers of the bakkie from mfc, we dont owe you the car belongs to us!
