Unfair treatment

Mfc is *****ulent I took a vehicle from them last year missed two months payment .No communication sent then they collect vehicle without court order and when I ask them can the arrangement be made they refused.I contact them to find out how they got the ridiculous amount they want no clear answer.I keep getting different amounts and no help day light ******* .
