Unfair treatment

Im very disappointed with mfc to how they treating their customers. Ive been unemployed since march 2017 though ive been struggling to get money but i always made sure i make a payment. On October 2019 my car had a breakdown for two months and couldn't pay in that two months since im using a car as source of income and only managed to settle the amount on February 2020 was told to pay R14700 so that i be up to date and i did just that, but to my surprise just one week after settling my arrears i was told im in arrears with R2500, how i dont know. I transport school children using my car since im unemployed, March the schools closes and was supposed to open on the 14th and my due date was the 7th but because the schools were supposed to open on the 14th i thought i was gonna be abe to pay on the 15th but unfortunately the lockdown extended. Ohk so i went to the bank to try and explain my matter but i was told my car was in arrears with an additional R2500 of which they also cannot explain. Was told that in order for me to get a payment relief i must pay my installment plus the 2500. I sent several emails, went to the head office of which i was s not even allowed to go through tried calling many times and till today im waiting for someone whom i was told hes handling my account. The sad part is that you guys are now requesting two months payment plus the unknown amount that you yourself cannot explain and all i wanted was a payment relief or restructuring my account since theres this pandemic and since im transporting school children i really dont want to lose my car
