unfair settelment from MFC

After my car was taken back in November 2015 i asked for a settelment letter witch i got,paid the amount and got my car back with the idea it is mine now dont owe anything on it wrong after i called linda in March 2016 for the papers of the car was inforemd that i still owed money in april i phoned again and still waiting not even one call from MFC to say why i still dont get my papers they just add intrust every month
