Unfair finance practice

I tried financing a car via MFC... unfortunately the application was denied. I then send an a email of complaint to them as I thought that it was bad service to not even contact the client and discuss the outcome of said application with me. So today a call centre agent phoned me. Not a finance manager but a call centre agent given the task to try and make the customer happy. Sorry to say this has just made things worse. He explained why the finance was declined. It was as a result of one judgement against my name. Not ten not even four just one. When I explained to the agent that I did not know that the judgement was on there as I have made arrangements with said creditor to pay them and have signed for the arrangement. I also asked him can I send confirmation in that validates what I have said and can they possibly reconsider the application. The agent told me it won't be necessary as they are not I treated in what arrangements I have made with the creditor or the fact that I have been paying the debt or not, they are only interested in what the credit record told them. I am sorry but this is absolutely absurd to say that to a client. It made me feel like a ********. I have done everything by the book, I've made arrangements to pay the debt and have not just left it but I am being treated by the company as if I am owing the entire world money. I was also told by MFC agent that I need to get the creditor to change the way it was listed on ITC I went as far as contacting my creditor again and I was told they can not change the way it was listed. It was not listed as a judgement or a adverse must that I owe money to them. Yet MFC won't even give my application a chance regardless of the arrangements made. It makes me wonder if I was maybe richer or tried buying a more expensive car or was from a different background maybe then I would have gotten the finance. I know people that has a hell of a lot of debt than I have they don't pay back and yet he just financed a brand new bmw so can someone p!ease explain that to me.
