Unfair Dismissal

Un fairly dismissed by Chardell De Necker ,Lydia Victor,and Izak Bardenhorst. This is because the management team did not follow work processes and procedure's way before I was set up for failure . I have been a good team player that reached my target every month and one month reached a 200 percent of my target. The only crime I commit ed is to run short on sick Leave and family responsibility leave . This management laughed at one braking a leg , loosing ones brother that was ******ed. Cost me to loose my house debt accrued and I cannot find work .I have been a victim of Abuse and victimisation by this management team . Maybe if that was not enough loosing a husband to a suicide as well.
