Signed for my car loan with the debit order on the 1st of the month. They keep deducting it earlier every month EVEN before my salary is in. When I sent a request to get this fixed, they agreed to change it to the 1st of every month but increases my monthly installment because we now have a NEW agreement. BUT my original agreement was signed for the 1st of every month. Queried this and waiting a month now for an answer, follow ups sent copying in the complaints email of Nedbank and still now reply.
