Under staffed! !!!!

I come here once a week to collect change. Always wait at least an hour in the queue outside. Inside the same . I know they are going to say covid. BS. UNDER staffed . When someone resigns or goes on pension , not replaced. Have called head office numerous times. No solution. At wits end.
