Uncaring, selfish and greedy

MFC is the most inconsiderate and uncaring vehicle finance company I have come across. Firstly, in April they debit my account a sum of R34000 leaving me unable to feed my family. In May, they debit my R12000. I ask to restructure because of the extreme financial position they've put me through. My request is declined with the reason that they dont restructure to allow payment of other debts. This is despite the fact that they are the sole cause of the default on my other debts. Last year I requested a restructure on the basis that the interest rates are going to affect liquidity. I need a two month 50% reduction to sort out short term pressures. They declined. This is a bank that encourages people reach out when they are in financial difficulty. But when you take up the offer, they decline. They are the absolute WORST. I pray that God alleviates my financial situation and I leave MFC. I was on the verge of opening a transactional account with Nedbank to keep my portfolio in one place as I already have a home loan with them. I would rather go to another bank.
