Unbelievably Poor Service

at first i was very impressed with her calling me with regards to payment arrangements i intend to make as i am going on UNPAID MATERNITY LEAVE for 4 MONTHS. she assured me that as soon as i submit my email requesting this she will process it and get back to me - and still nothing. this is urgent as i go on maternity leave on Friday. i call her number numerous times a day and all i get is a busy tone - this morning i called - the phone rang and then the line was hung up from her end i called directly after that again and i got a busy tone !! <br> this is unacceptable - i want to make arrangements to pay on my finance and you people just don't give a damn about a person's situation - but let me skip a payment you'll be hounding me day in and day out - but you don't want to help when it comes to arrangements. <br> it is really disgusting to think that you do this on a daily basis to people who make loyal payment every month.<br> i am very disgusted with the poor service well mind you i'm not sure i can call it service as i haven't received any !!! not even a simple reply on emails, 'wer're busy processing your request' or anything.<br> i would appreciate if this matter can be sorted before friday!!!
