Unbelievably impatient and rude consultant.

This morning I had the displeasure of speaking with Ben Who is unfortunately the person responsible for my account. Everybody else before him was friendly. The minute I told him to give me time to try remember my old address he SHOUTED at me. I told him to please be patient. He continued. I am glad the phone calls are recorded. He is a horrible individual and shouldn’t be working with people!! I have been trying to get to his supervisor Godfrey to report this but his phone is still busy. I can’t believe what happened this morning. I had a horrible experience with Ben and he is a RUDE UNCULTURED individual. He should not be working with people.
