Unauthorized Triple Debit

MFC is very *********** and hasn't shown any accountability. They recently triple debited my account after I clearly explained and agreed with them on terms to debit my vehicle account. I have made an effort to rectify this with them and they've been sending me from pillar to post. I have been emailing and calling them for the past two weeks and the situation is still unresolved. What's worse is that the call center service has been very poor in dealing with the situation. Not returning my calls every time we get cut off. This is with me using my airtime of course. Meaning everytime this happens we have to start the process all over again. This has cost me money and time. I have always been on time in payments and don't see why I have to be put through this nightmare of a situation. Now I find myself working on a deficit(financially) due to their error and problem I didn't create. This is a stressful situation I've been put through by a "reputable" company.
