Unauthorized policies

I am very unhappy with MFC I'm getting added policies & deductions that i didn't agree to now i must 21 days for this to be sorted out??? while i waited interest is accumulating because of the added amount. you didn't even contact me to check if I agreed you just deduct like how come??? ad being told they might be cancellation fees why must i pay for your mistakes? That means anyone can come and say i have agreed to such and you just go ahead and add it to my account??

I need a and explanation and for my account not to be affect in anyway.
