UNAUTHORIZED FORCED DEBIT ORDER (Date changed without my consent)!!

Call Ref: *** / ACC NO: *** My MFC Account is currently in a credit of R4000+ since 1 May 2023. Today is the 12th May and I still haven't received my refund!! I spoke to Ntlantla Nkosi a few days ago and he assured me that MFC will refund me within 48 hours. I am still waiting... My debit order is supposed to be scheduled to run on the 25th of every month, yet MFC decided to change the date to 2nd???, forcing the debit? who gave them authority??? On the 1st May I paid R8500, and on the 2nd May they debited 2 x amounts: R7608.05 + R4347.59, which ended up in the account being in a credit now. If this amount is not paid back to me, reflecting in my account tomorrow I will report this to the OMBUDSMAN. This is *******. I called MFC, only to be transferred from pillar to post, NOBODY can tell me what the status of my refund is. The last person I spoke to gave me a direct number of a "Marthinus" *** as well as his email address whom aparently is dealing with my case. This number is ALWAYS engaged and my emails are being ignored. Utterly disgusted.
