Unauthorized early car payment deduction

This morning when I went to throw petrol in my car, my card was declined. When I arrived at work and checked on internet banking I discovered that this company decided to deduct my car payment on the 20 th this month instead of the usual 25 th, this without any notice, reason or permission. This is really pathetic and unacceptable and I demand that it gets corrected with immediate effect and that I get reimbursed for all the additional bank costs that I wa charged for this mistake.
