Unauthorized deductions from bank account

Watch out for this company. They will take money from your account without any authorization or consent. As Life happens it is quite possible for any person to fall behind on an payment. MFC will NOT make any arrangements with their customers. This month I even had a friend deposit money into my account for food, and MFC just took it. The bank also declined to return the money. When calling them, they put me on hold for 42 minutes and then dropped the call. When I called again the operator has no understanding of the problem and refuses to get the money returned. Looks like I am now forced to change bank accounts
