Unauthorized deductions and terrible service

<p>MFC decided to collect 4 installments from my account intead to 2. I made them aware of the error and they processed a portion of my money.</p> <p>I must say that I was very happy with the time it took them to process the refund, but I was shocked to see that they asked for proof of all deductions but failed to refund the correct amount???!!!</p> <p>I asked to be called back to discuss the difference, did not ge a call instead, they send me a part of my contracted saying the additional amount is on my contracted?????!!!!!!!</p> <p>Why am I incurring additianal costs for their errors? I am sorry but I need all my money back!!</p> <p>PLEASE CALL ME AS I NEED US TO DISCUSS THIS!!!</p>
