Unauthorized Debits

MFC has had the audacity to debit my account for my installment a few days earlier than my agreed upon debit order date because "I have had the funds available". They have done this 2 months in a row without my permission and all they can say is that they are sorry this happened. How can a financial institution go around a contractual agreement to serve their own purposes. Whether or not I have the funds available, this does not give them the right to act outside of a signed agreement. This is highly unacceptable and I will never recommend them to anyone. I have apparently not been the only one this has happened to and I will pursue this matter until everyone has rated MFC.
