Unauthorized debit to my account

On the 30th of November i went to sign for my new vehicle that was financed by MFC. I was asked by the financial person if i wanted a specific insurance that i declined. He then warned me that MFC would be calling me to ask me the same, apparently they call you to congratulate you on your new car and tell you about the insurance added but don't tell you you will be paying more for it..... about two weeks ago i got just such a call from a man saying he is calling from MFC... because of the warning i was prepared and as soon as the guy started i asked him are you trying to sell me insurance? He said Yes i am, I told him no thank you and he put the phone down in my ear. <br> <br> Today my very first debit went off my account.... what a surprise!!! Its R100 more then the contracted amount i signed at the dealership? Whats happening MFC? I really suggest you get back to me ASAP or i will be forced to contact the Ombudsman!
