unauthorized debit order it tantamount to theft

Between October November 2023 Nedbank MFC debit an amount of R 4100 from my account without my consent... This is tantamount to theft.

Today Nedbank MFC debit another unauthorizedd amount of R3894. 82 with my consent. The level of theft is on another level. I'm taking this bank to Bank ombudsman.
