Unauthorissed Early Debit Order without approval....

Good Day MFC.

Signed for Vehicle Finance last year. Agreement was debit date of 25th of each month. As for Nov 2024, you debited my account on 22nd Nov2024 with no authorisation from myself nor approval. I am not impressed!!!

Been long term client for some time, if this is the behavoir, then i prefer to finance my current purchase & future purchases via other banks
