Unauthorised Insurance Deduction

MFC added total loss insurance on my monthly vehicle repayments since May 2023, despite uploading the insurance confirmation as and when requested via the link sent by MFC. I am in disbelief that I now have to wait for several days before the they can investigate or finalise my query and 14 days thereafter for them to process the refund. YET, mfc added insurance without my consent and immediatey started deducting as they did not even call to confirm or query my insurance details.

I therefore demand for a response from MFC for a resolution hereto.
