Unauthorised debits

Extremely dissatisfied with the service I have been recently receiving from MFC My debit date for my account is on the 28th which is my salary date however MfC keeps on sending me sms’s indicating earlier debit dates and indicating they notice earlier salary pay dates which is untrue and I will like them to prove where my salary gets paid on the 20th. These early debits are effecting my itc because Mfc now chooses when they want to debit me irrespective of how many times I opt out of the sms I keeps getting for early debits

Can this be resolved as a matter of urgency as I do not want any other debit dates done besides the 28th.
