Unaceptable! Will never finance a car there again!Be warned!

<p>Whe habe never missed an installment on our vehicle! All of a sudden out of the blue on the 26th of the month mfc calls and demands a payment of R4150 for our account it is in arrears they say! Our monthly installement is R3340 and has been from day 1 ..2 years in all installement upto date and all proof and statements can be provided they are calling on the 26th wanting money ..our monthly debit order only goes off on the 28th of ever month ..a month ago we recieved an email saying our account is in advance ! All of a sudden now its in arrears ..the worst of the worst ..this isnt the first time iv had this type of problem with mfc nedbank!</p> <p>This is completely unacceptable and i have made every attemp to sort this out to no avail! </p> <p>They just keep sending statements but no one knows what happening or giving an answer! </p> <p>It shows this on the statement but we have never missed an installment! </p> <p>This is exactly the kind of place that gets your name on itc for bad things but its false! </p>
