Unable to run debit order

I have 2 VAF accounts and for the past 4 months i have been calling and sending emails for assistance. They have failed to debit my account and when i asked they send me from one person to the other while promised to be provided with feedback. It is so irritating that i have to receive calls in the morning even on weekends. No one is willing to assist me to sort out this mess or have an idea how to sort it out. This account has debi check but still no debit order running in my account.
