un-authorised policy shoved on my face and money taken from my bank account

I have financing with MFC for almost 3 years now with no hassle. Recently MFC has become something that I do not know; they have registered insurance in my name and deducted money from my account without my permission, while I had communicated with them about my insurance with a budget. Every time I call their call center, I've been thrown from pillar to post. MFC is a horrible franchise that I would never advise anyone to take on; instead of them cancelling the insurance they are forcing on me, they keep sending me contracts that I did not sign up for. MFC, I want my money that you are taking from me without my permission and the headache that you have caused me thus far. I'm a very dissatisfied customer.
