Un approved Debit Order

I am an extremely unhappy MFC client. My name is Khanyiso Malgas

For the second month in a row, MFC has debited money from my account before the agreed debit order date of the 25th. This has left my account empty, put me into overdraft, and affected my ability to pay for essential expenses such as petrol, groceries, and caring for my family.

This practice is unacceptable. I signed an agreement for the debit order to run on the 25th, and MFC’s actions have caused unnecessary financial stress and could potentially harm my credit score.

I have sent an email instructing MFC to stop debiting my account before the agreed date, and I expect this to be corrected immediately. If this continues, I will have no choice but to close my account with MFC and will strongly discourage friends, family, and colleagues from using MFC as a financial institution.

MFC, please resolve this matter urgently.
