*****ulent activities from MFC

I am highly disappointed by the service i received from MFC.. I've been calling from the 18th of August with a dispute of an insurance policy that was taken without my knowledge. I was told to submit relevant documents of which I did.. but nothing has changed with regards to my case.. I called again on the 18th if September with the same issue and submitted again and was told the case will be solved and i will receive my refund after 21 days.. but to my suprise today the money was not paid back to me and the deducted again. so i don't know which steps to take now.. i did not agree to their insurance. no one from MFC called me or emailed me anything about this insurance but yet they keep taking my money. please help
