Two chassis numbers

I bought a car from a dealer in dece mber 2017 financed by MFC.the car was delivered to me and I signed all paper work. The following day I realised the dealer did not give me a spare key and service history book..i went to the dealer they told me they will look for the service history book and get back to me as for spare key the previous owner did not give it to them. After few days I realised the cars has two different colours the bumper and the body .I went back to the dealer they told me they don't know what happened since the previous owner did not disclose that... In January 2018 I found out the car has two different chassis numbers and one engine number...i asked the dealer about it they said it's not their problem their car is cleared by SAPS..i left the car at the dealer and wrote and email to *** been communicating with Shawn Fillander who's giving me nothing but hell ...i send him proof from traffic department to show that the car has two chassis numbers but according to him there's nothing wrong cos it has been cleared by SAPS.I would like to know does the bank finance such cars cos the fact that the car has two engine numbers it leaves a question mark...and the SAPS informed me that the engine that's in that car does not belong to that car but another car .I do no want that car anymore cos I'm paying way too much for a car that I won't be able to sell in few years to come because of the two chassis number.I tried to explain to Shawn Fillander from MFC but he's telling me if I don't want the car I must bring proof that the car was involved in an accident...even thou I gave him proof that the car has two chassis numbers.I want to know how come the dealer had the ability to arrange finance for a car like that and why is MFC making it difficult for me to cancel the deal.MFC does not care about their customers all they care about is the money.
