Tsheko you are too awesome

Good day Management, <br> <br> Last week l phoned you and l spoke to a gentleman by the name of Tsheko who understand what customer service is, l had a query regarding my account, I had a problem with the fact that previously l phoned and l spoke to some lady and l can't remember her name, who couldn't update my account as requested and you guys went to my account and double debited me.... I didn't Wonna complain about the issue cause l understand that mistakes are common, the Lady was not helpful at all, she was useless. I then phoned last week to update my account and a freedom fighter by the name of Tsheko answered phone, the minute he answered the phone l knew that l was in safe hands, he updated my account, explained everything l needed to know. The guy was just too awesome.... I also told him that l will take time to recommend his services... <br> Thank you Tsheko, you are too awesome in what you are doing, keep up the good work and stay blessed my brother.
