Mfc is such a disappointment, they've always been my favorite financial house in terms of my car purchases, let me just say they have been such a huge disappointment l, I had a car accident around the 12th of December and immediately called them to let them know and to liase with my insurer, we not even halfway done with the process and they debited the monthly installment knowingly that we are dealing with this case and now I have been holding for the last 20 minutes to just get someone to explain to me how on earth did they manage to do that. And I have attempted to call them 5 times with no help at all, I'm actually shocked that this is even happening.
