Last week I sent a mail asking IF I can make a payment arrangement as my husband passed 19/05/2024 and I’m waiting for life policies etc. in the meantime I am still liable for all other expenses like insurance W&L etc.

One I get a mail from ***; stating they cannot assist it’s been handed to collections!?? I am not in arrears btw.

Low and behold Saturday 22 September 2024 MFC debits my account with my normal installment, I only get paid on the 25th! My agreement with them does NOT state that that my account can be debit when THEY feel like it THREE days before payday over a long weekend. This is not in line with TCF and I’m sure some credit law. They are AH.
