THROUGH DIFFICULT TIMES DONT TRUST ANYONE TO EMPATHISE WITH YOU

I have been a client of Nedbank for year and recently not happy without I'm being treated. My mother has been diagnosed with stage 4 cancer and i have alerted the bank on my financial difficulities, I am still paying for my account thought at time it might not be the full payment but i am. Recently i attempted to make arrangement towards my arrears and they refused, now they sending people to come take back the vehicle. How is that fair to me as I communicated and they refusing to help. Being stressed by a parent who you don't know whether they will make it or not they still add more stress. It said we need to communicate to avoid such but when you do they refuse. WOW
