Three different MFC accounts on credit bureaus

Good day. Generally I am satisfied with MFC and Nedbank so far, but there is one problem however.

I have the Clear score app thes is linked to credit bureau s and gives me an updated credit report every month. On this report I find three different MFC accounts with estimate balances. This is incorrect. I currently have only one active MFC motor finance account. The other one has been paid off in full earlier this year and the other must have been paid up in 2019.

The fact that there is now three different MFC vehicle finance accouts showing various balances of R87870, R95641 and R111897 on my credit reports is not good for my credit score, and reflecting badly on me and othwr applications that I want to make. The last balance of R111897 seems to be the correct and current active one.

May you please fix this error ASAP and update it immediately at all credit bureaus?
