Threats unnecessary

I have an account with MFC, i had financial problems which is normal to most of the people, i have acknowledged my arrears and also contacted MFC to discuss and request payment arrangements, in most cases that i called and request payment arrangement it was declined, i know my affordability to reduce my arrears but my proposal is been rejected. i feel been harassed and bul**** by MFC. They make sure that every call from them i am left discouraged and threatened. All their consultant they are not calling to assist on the account on how i can try to push my arrears but they only message they preach its that they will hand over the account then after they will repossess the car, such heartless consultants, they behave like they do not live on this planet, its like they never experienced financial difficulties in their lives. my account is less than two on arrears, but i am been threatened by DEMAND LETTERS. according to my understanding, the account can only be handed over if its 3 months owning and there is no payment received from the payer. myself i am trying my best to reduce the arrears, this month i paid R8000.00 into the account but still i am still sent threats demand letters and given instruction to make full payment within 10 days, just image after paid R8000 they want me to pay R9000 full amount within 10 days. I regret buying my car through them, the way they refuse and decline payment arrangement is on the other level. I am trying my best to pay something into the account when failed to meet the required amount but with them its treated as ZERO. I really feel bul**** and harassed by MFC because the only language they know its to hand over account pushing to repossess the car while the account is receiving money every month. How do you hand over account that is owing less than two months? how do you even start mentioning to repossess the car while the account is not owing three months? WHAT KIND OF BUSINESS IS THIS? I am writing to hello peter because their threats is stressing me. Just imagine after paid R8000 they still send demand letter and expect me to pay within 10 days. These people are heartless, i just wish one of their families can be in the same situation so that they can understand how does it feel to be threatened every day as like you have committed a crime. They MUST STOP THEIR THREATS AND ALLOW ME TO REDUCE THE ARREARS!
