Threats to repossess my vehicle and unprofessionalism

I am a little more than a month in arrears, I am attending a training class with my cell phone on silent.

I see this number trying to phone me but I cant answer. 20 minutes later I receive a whatsapp from my brother stating that the bank is looking for me, the debt collector told him that I am hiding myself and the vehicle, he want to reposess my vehicle.

This debt collector discussed my private bussiness with my brother, each detail of the transaction on the amount I am in arrears to I am hiding from the bank. I feel humiliated and offended. Who gave him the permission to phone my brother and where did he get hold of his number??? This guy is arrogant, unprofessional and I will not tolerate his treats and him desturbing my privacy.

The bank will only repossess my vehicle with a summons delivered from the Sheriff of the Court. If this debt collector pitch at my house I will chase him as so fast his feet wont touch the ground.

I then repsponded to the guy, he put pressure on me for a payment that is still due in 5 days time, but I am struggelling with the bank to update my debit order from the 15th to the 1st of each month. Never done. So each month it shows that my payment is late. I ddi inform him that I will make a payment at month end when I am being paid.

The debt collector refuse to put anything in writing, he insist that I must phone him. I am sorry, when we go to court I want all conversations to be recorded.

I am really disappointed in the bank and the debt collector for the way I have been treated. I feel like a ******** !!!!!!
