THREATS

I would just like to know if this is how clients are treated at MFC. I am in arrears of 2 months and being threatened by MFC that they would obtain and court order to uplift the vehicle and also report the vehicle ****** if I don't surrender the vehicle or sell it to a dealership and still be liable for the shortfall.

I requested time until end of August 2020 to make payment of the arrears of which by the way I don't have the amount as when I ask for the balance, I am being threatened with court orders and the vehicle being reported ******.

Yes, I am in arrears, yes I have refused my vehicle being uplifted previously and yes MFC has assisted me twice BUT should that be thrown back in my face during such a difficult time for everyone in the country and treated like a ********. So MFC assists clients only to remind them about that, what mental abuse is this from a Financial Institute like MFC, quite disappointing.

I will make payment end of August 2020 as I can't get an advance on my salary now. I can't lose the vehicle over 2 months arrears, losing the car will cost me more and the trade in value isn't worth it, I will have a huge shortfall which MFC will treat me like a ******** for and it's not worth it.

I am shocked by the treatment I have received during lockdown and if I need to get an Attorney involved I will also do that cause I don't appreciate the threats.

I am not a ********, just a client just like many who is going through a rough time.

Please send me the total arrears including legal fees as I have also been handed over.
