Threatening your Customers

I am very much angry with MFC, it does not mean if we owe our Cars, it mean you have to do whatever you want to do with us. I am owing my car and on arrers of R1400(not R14 000) but they have already referred my file to some company, who called me saying he was intructed by MFC to come take pictures of the vehicle, is that your normal practice? why must you expose my car to strangers? I am still alive and will settle this money month end and yet you treat me like the arrers are owed from 2012 while its a new thing. If you are used to treatens customers like that, you must refrain. You will get your money and on top of it, i received a letter advising me that i should apply for Debt Counselling or i should return the car...
